REFUND POLICY
 

Gift Cards: All sales are final.

Prepaid Services: All sales are final.
 

Elleebana Pro Shop online:
Please inspect all orders received within 10 days. After 10 days, all sales are final. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us first at (bolavishspa@gmail.com) or text is best via 206-432-0126 with details of the product and the defect.

Please Note: This does not include orders that are left in extreme temperatures or inclement weather. Example your mailbox. Please contact your USPS or UPS if you would like your item held at the post office or the UPS store for local pickup. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first at (bolavishspa@gmail.com) or text is best via 206-432-0126. Once orders are received and shipped, we are not responsible after the order has been shipped from our business. No exceptions.

Once confirmed and acknowledge with BoLavish Spa that your product ordered is defective, you can send the item claimed defective back.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen package, please include a tracking number for all shipments to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product. If the product is not available, we will provide a refund of the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
