CANCELLATION POLICY:
Just a friendly reminder, when scheduling, the appointment is reserved for you. We value your time and our practitioners' time, we ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.  No shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a full charge. Due to the increase of late cancellations, we are no longer able to take exceptions; are policy is no different than other businesses within this industry.
Additionally, appointment reminders are a courtesy. You are 100% responsible for making your scheduled appointment regardless of a reminder call, email or text. Promotional purchases forfeited when canceling or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding. ~BoLavish Spa Team
